2006 AP Examination Policy
Advanced Placement Principles:

Credit is awarded for scores of 3 to 5. You can receive a maximum of 32 exam credits from all sources.

AP credit may not be turned down. If you are awarded credit for a particular course, you will not receive credit if you repeat this course.

AP credit may be used to fulfill major requirements where listed .

AP credit used to satisfy General Education requirements is specified in the chart and in the General Education secJune 11, 2008P credit is listed on your Binghamton University transcript under the heading “Exam hours.”

AP credits do not carry grades.
- All students -- freshman and transfer students -- should have their AP scores sent to Binghamton University. Students receive official University notification about AP credit after the semester starts via their DARS report.
